                3 C flour

                1 T baking powder

                1 t salt

                ¼ t cayenne pepper

                1/8 t black pepper

Fold into dry ingredients:

                4 oz cheddar cheese cut into ¼ cubes (or 4 oz shredded chedder)

Whisk together:

                1 ¼  C milk

                ¾ C  sour cream

                3 T melted butter

                1 egg slightly beaten

Combine wet and dry ingredients until dough forms.

Bake 45-50 minutes in DO.

Cool for 10 minutes, remove from DO and place on a rack. Allow to cool 1 hour before cutting
